Moravetski həmçinin bildirib ki, o, "Rusiya qonşularına” "normal ölkə, normal inkişaf və normal münasibətlər şəraitində” ən yaxşısını arzulayır.

Çeçenistan 1994-1996 və 1999-2009-cu illərdə Rusiya ilə müharibə aparıb. Son müharibədən sonra Rusiya Federasiyası Çeçenistan üzərində federal nəzarəti bərpa edib, indi ora Ramzan Kadırov rəhbərlik edir.

Qeyd edək ki, Ukrayna Ali Radasının 2022-ci ilin oktyabrında keçirilən plenar iclasında deputatlar Çeçenistan İçkeriya Respublikasını Rusiya tərəfindən müvəqqəti işğal olunmuş kimi tanıyıb və çeçen xalqının soyqırımını pisləyib.
